Material Return Instructions

Procedure for Canadian customers

FIRST STEP

Please contact our Technical Support Department to obtain an RMA number. You will need one RMA number for each item you are returning.

SECOND STEP

Once you have the RMA number, please fill in the Material Return Form below (fill in one form for each returned item), and click on Submit. 

You will then receive a confirmation email with the shipping address. Please print an extra copy of the confirmation email to put in the shipping box with the returning items.

THIRD STEP

Carefully pack the equipment, add the confirmation email inside the box, and indicate the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship prepaid to the address shown on your confirmation email.

Procedure for US customers

FIRST STEP

Please contact our Technical Support Department to obtain an RMA number. You will need one RMA number for each item you are returning.

SECOND STEP

Once you have the RMA number, please fill in the Material Return Form below (fill in one form for each returned item), and click on Submit. 

You will then receive a confirmation email. Please print an extra copy of this email to put in the shipping box with the returning item(s).

Prepare the material and shipping box, and put a copy of the confirmation email inside the shipping box, with the returning item(s), and wait for us to send you a packing list by email.

THIRD STEP

Shortly after we have received your Return Material Form, we will email you the packing list. This packing list is required by US customs, and it also contains the US ship-to address where the material must be sent.

Once you have the packing list, put it in a clear plastic envelope and attach it to the top of the box. If you don’t have a clear plastic envelope, you can use a regular paper envelope, but please write “Packing List” on it so it can be easily seen by a US Customs agent. 

Next, indicate the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship prepaid to the US address given on the packing list.
